Okay, this has nothing to do with anything except it's just neat-o.
Thrilling Tales of the Downright Unusual has an onsite application called a
Pulp-O-Miser. With it you can make mock covers of mid-twentieth century science fiction magazines. You simply choose a mag title, foreground figure, background, and come up with your own story titles, or just let the mad scientist who designed this generate random ones.

As you can see they are even look pre-worn to give it a more authentic appearance.
